As I've mentioned before this is our first year of having a garden. It has been so nice, and we have an abundance of zuchinni! I"ve been trying different recipes and this one was a real hit!
It was nice to have a savoury snack instead of the usual loafs I have been making...

I have one of the most yummy recipes for those zucchini. It is for chocolate zucchini bread, it is so moist you can make it with cupcake papers and the kids would think you made cupcakes... pop me a email @ princessinkyfingers@gmail. com if you think you would like this recipe.
