jumbo paperclip

Greetings!

So did your weekend go as quickly as mine? Seriously though.....time is just flying by so quickly now that I have children! Do you agree?

Anyway here is an extra project we did at my clubs this month in February. I found the jumbo paperclips at a local dollar store. ( I was so shocked as I had seen these on SCS but usually I can't find the items here in Canada!) So I quickly snapped up quite a few! We used the soon to be ending set - Sweet On You from the Winter Mini and used different images on either side. Also used the Loves Me paper. To adhere the paper to the clip we used Dimensionals and Crystal Effects. It was fun and easy.

My middle daughter was up all last night with food poisoning - yuck! Needless to say I had many loads of laundry to do today. (had to do a 2am bedding change in our bed as she tossed her cookies just as she snuggled in with us saying she wasn't feeling well) I'm pooped so going to head to bed....wow, its only 11pm - early for this night owl to be going to bed!

My Spring Mini swap is due in a few days so will have lots to share soon. I'm starting to work on my cruise swaps too so that's keeping me busy.

Good Morning!

Well I have to say today was a hard day to get out of bed! I stayed up way too late last night finishing a card for a Spring Mini swap that I'm hosting. Happy to say its done though. I used Office Accroutements.

Here is one of the cards we did last week at a Stamp a Stack that I had here....

I used Spring Showers decorative paper, Happy Everything and Taggers Dozen.

We have now entered the era where our friends (and my hubby) are turning '40'!! this year! We've had 2 40th bday parties to go to within a week of eachother, and later this year will be my hubby's big one! Last Saturday there was a dance our friends wife put on at a hall. It was so fun to dance again, mind you my legs felt very ackward as its been YEARS since I last danced! Even my hubby got on the dance floor with me and we 'twisted' and had fun! (very clean dancing, no dirty dancing there!)

new watermark!

Hello there!

Here is the Make n' Take that my customers made last night at a workshop I did.....used blender pens and watercolour pencil crayons to colour in the 'LOVE' and also the ticket corner punch on the corners.....we actually did the punch on the pixie pink paper too last night and that looked better I thought :)

Soooo did you notice my new Watermark signature! I think its supposed to be 'see thru' so have to do some more playing around but at least its there! Thank you to Cindy for designing it for me. You can go to her blog www.imagine-dream-create.blogspot.com here.
